What clinical observations substantiate the hypothesis that the immune system as it is known today has no absolute role in the defense against tumor formation?
The theory of Dr. Gyula Kulcsár cancer researcher originated from the recognized scientific fact that the incidence of tumors did not show a significant increase when the operation of the immune system had been restricted (immunosuppression) or collapsed completely (e.g.: AIDS). It is also common knowledge that most of the tumors are not immunogenic. Accepting these facts and knowing that cancer cells are constantly produced in every one of us, one must assume the existence of an anti-tumor defense mechanism that operates independently of the immune system and is – as it must exert its effects on any point of the human body – a kind of ‘surveillance' system with overall effectiveness. Logically, the active agents of such a system must be located in the circulatory system.
How did dr. Kulcsár discover the kind of substances with which the human body protects itself against tumor formation?
Following years of scientific research dr. Kulcsár discovered that it was not the immune system, but rather a special defense system that destroyed the cells that were turning abnormal. He worked out the theory and then through research started in 1987 he was able to prove the existence of the Passive Anti-Tumor Defense System (PADS) , and he also identified its components and mechanism of action. Through extensive research he came to the conclusion that certain substances constantly present in the circulatory system (i.e. some amino acids, certain vitamins, cell metabolism intermediaries etc.) played a major role in the protection against tumors.
The key to the solution is another fact, which has also been known from earlier, notably that healthy cells take up the substances in the circulatory system in exactly the quantities as are necessary for sustaining their life functions, while tumor cells accumulate these materials without limitations. Thus the substances playing a role in anti-tumor protection are taken up by tumor cells in such enormous quantities that result in the eventual destruction of these abnormal cells. It is also known that tumor cells are produced in a healthy body, too, but are destroyed before they could cause disease.
In cell cultures and animal studies dr. Kulcsár demonstrated the selective tumor cell-killing effect of a blend of these active agents that make up the anti-tumor defense system of the body, and he published the results in international scientific publications. The patent based on dr. Gyula Kulcsár's discovery has been registered in a number of countries all over the world, from the European Union to Korea.
The conclusion to draw from the experimental results is that the stronger the protection (i.e. the greater the concentration of the active substances forming the defense system) the faster the cancer cell destruction, in other words the cell destruction rate depends on the concentration of the protective materials.
How were the 16 molecules of the active blend picked?
During his experiments Dr. Gyula Kulcsár used the tumor cells themselves to select the active substances that composed the defense system. According to the selection criteria he had used, the really effective substances were those that destroyed the tumor cells synergistically reinforcing one another's effects. Dr. Kulcsár examined 89 substances in the circulatory system, and found that 16 of them were effective in this sense. Within the group of active substances he identified amino acids with completely different chemical structures (methionine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, arginine, histidine, tyrosine), vitamins (ascorbic acid, riboflavin, pyridoxine, biotin), monosaccharides (mannose, deoxy-d-ribose), and inter-cellular intermediaries (malic acid, hippuric acid, orotic acid) and nucleobase (adenine).
Dr. Kulcsár carried out several experiments with a blend of these active substances. He found that the anti-tumor-cell effect was due to cell destruction ( direct effect ) rather than proliferation blocking. The blend was effective in all of the very different – more than ten and in most cases human – cell lines he tested ( general effect ). The blend preparation had no toxic effects on the healthy cells, not even on the rapidly dividing cells ( selective effect ). In summary, this active agent mix has direct, general and selective tumor-cell killing effects .

What is the recommended dosage of the tablet in case of after-treatment?
In the period of 1 to 4 years following the operation and medical treatments – if no tumor is detectable – the recommended dose is 5x2 tablets per day, taken continually subject to observing short intensive treatment periods of one week in every quarter, when 24 to 30 tablets are taken daily (i.e. 2 tablets in every hour daytime). After more than five years without a tumor the recommended daily dose is 4x2 tablets a day, observing one-week intensive treatment periods in each quarter, when 15 to 20 tablets are to be taken a day (1 tablet per hour daytime).
Is there a difference in the effectiveness of the tablet, the cream and the infusion products?
The Culevit infusion product contains precisely the same active ingredients as the tablet that has a general effect and the cream that has a topical effect, although in higher quantities. Based on the results of animal experience we have reasonable hope that the efficacy of the infusion product will become significantly greater. How long do you think it will take to launch the infusion product in hospitals?
Using the most optimistic estimates, it will take minimum two years to reach the clinical trial phase of the infusion product. This is because under the regulations of the National Pharmaceutical Institute (OGYI) currently in force any developed product must be subjected to a number of very strict clinical trials. Can Culevit be used in case of gastric complaints?
In case of existing gastric and duodenal ulcer or hypersecretion of gastric acid the application of the Culevit tablet should be subject of individual consideration.
