The classic Culevit tablet is a special product, a food for special medical purposes developed for cancer patients. The active components of the tablet are substances also present in our circulatory system.

What is Culevit tablet?

The classic Culevit tablet is a special product, a food for special medical purposes developed for cancer patients. The active components of the tablet are substances also present in our circulatory system.

Whom is it recommended for?

The administration of Culevit tablet is recommended for the dietary provision of cancer patients, to complement their cancer treatment.

How and when should be the product be administered?

Cancer patients should take 15 x 2 tablets/day, once every hour, evenly distributed throughout the day, from waking up until going to sleep. As long as the tumour is still detectable, the product should be administered in a dosage of 15 x 2 tablets/day, continuously, without interruption before, during and after oncology treatments. If the tumour can no longer be traced, it is advised to continue the administration of the tablets: for 6 more months with a required dosage of 15 x 2 tablets/day, then for at least another 6 months with a minimum of 15 x 1 tablet/day.

What are the active ingredients of the product?

The active components of Culevit tablet – certain vitamins (C, B6, B2, Biotin), amino acids (L-Arginine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Histidine, L-Tryptophan, L-Methionine, L-Tyrosine) and other components (L-malic acid, Adenine) – are substances also present in our circulatory system. Culevit tablet provides increased intake of these essential and important substances.

Since Culevit tablet is sugar-free, it may also be taken by diabetics and patients with lactose intolerance.

What are the contraindications?

If you are allergic to any of the ingredients you should not consume the product! Patients with phenylketonuria should not administer it because the product contains Phenylalanine. Avoid using the product in case of hyperhomocysteinemia and homocystinuria, because it contains Methionine.

What else needs to be considered when taking the product?

The use of Culevit requires individual consideration in case of existing gastric and duodenal ulcers, and extreme gastric hyperacidity.

In case of hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, consult your endocrinologist before taking the tablets (due to the L-Phenylalanine and L-Tyrosine content of the product).

If you suffer from a very rare disease associated with serotonin-producing carcinoid cancer, ask your physician for advice (due to the Tryptophan content of the product).

Patients undergoing renal dialysis or suffering from severe hepatic failure should consult a urologist or respectively a hepatologist/gastroenterologist.

Important notice: Culevit tablet does not replace oncology treatments and medications! The product should only be used under medical supervision! The product should be kept out of reach of children! In case of children under the age of 6, pregnant or breastfeeding women, the administration of the product should be consulted with an obstetrician-gynecologist, respectively a pediatrician! Since Culevit tablet is sugar-free, it may also be taken by diabetics and patients with lactose intolerance. The product should not be used as a sole source of nourishment! Vitamin B2 colours the urine yellow.
